Registration

SKM 2023 will now be hosted virtually. There is a $50 registration fee.

Important Dates:
  • Registration for presenters: August 31, 2023
  • Registration for Ph.D. Students (to qualify for NSF reimbursement): September 14, 2023
  • Registration for attendees: September 14, 2023
  • Conference dates: September 22-23, 2023

Ph.D. Student Reimbursement Instructions:
The first 100 Ph.D. students attending US universities are eligible to receive reimbursement (based on NSF funding) for their conference registration costs. Please proceed with registration and submit the following four documents to skm2023phdstudent@gmail.com for reimbursement:

  1. A cover letter containing your e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number
  2. Student Registration Form (Complete Page 1 only; Page 2 will be completed by ASU)
  3. Conference registration receipt
  4. Letter from your Department Head or Academic Advisor on official letterhead confirming your status as a Ph.D. student
